Shipping the Best RC Products for Less Since 2011
Altitude is my go to hobby store, they carry great quality items and their customer service is second to none. On this particular order I had to change the kv of two of the motors I bought and I called to leave a message hoping they could change the order before shipping. Not only did they come through on that but they called me after business hours to confirm and inform me that the change would be made! Most places don’t even have a phone contact and if they do they don’t answer but Altitude Hobbies went above and beyond and ensured that I was taken care of and I have had multiple opportunities to encounter their responsive, efficient customer service. Give them your business, you will not be disappointed!
They'll probably ship them soon. Those things aught to haul my 10 IB DC5 but we'll see! Anyway wish me luck.
Hi Evan, our website clearly said on every page all last week and several days prior that we were closed 3/16 - 3/21 and all orders placed during that time would be processed upon our return. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
