Altitude Hobbies always have what I need and I only had one issue. I purchased a motor that had a clicking noise and was catching during rotation. Altitude Hobbies replaced it immediately. That motor was such that they, apparently, could handle within their company; that is not always the case. Sometimes items don't arrive quickly. But the mail isn't always predictable and that has nothing to do with Altitude Hobbies.
If there is an issue with anything, always read the product info. Altitude Hobbies will take care of any issues directly if the product sold dictates it. If not, don't blame them!! Some products need to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. I highly recommend Altitude Hobbies.
